YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy information

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, contact details, selected service and the project information you provide. We use this information to respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you request.

Enquiries and email

Your enquiry is stored securely in our website system and sent to our designated enquiry inbox through our email delivery provider. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details in the enquiry form.

Job applications

When you apply for a role, we collect your name, phone, city or area, selected job, when you can start, and your permission to be contacted. You may also choose to provide your email and tell us about previous work. We use these details to review your application and contact you about that role. Applications are stored in our private administration system and sent to our designated hiring inbox through our email delivery provider. Only authorised administrators can access the dashboard. Please do not include identity documents, banking details or other sensitive personal information. Contact us below to request correction or removal.

Booking and external services

Online booking opens Cojilio, which handles your booking under its own privacy terms. The optional tint simulator loads SunTek’s website when you choose to launch it. Social links open the respective external services.

Cookies and administration

The public site does not require an account. The administration area uses essential cookies to securely sign in authorised administrators. Technical request limits help protect forms from abuse.

Security checks and website statistics

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish visitors from automated spam before accepting enquiries, job applications and administrator sign-in requests. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for this security check. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics on public pages to understand page visits and website performance. This analytics service does not use analytics cookies or track you across websites. Form contents and administrator pages are not included in our analytics setup. Learn more in Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
